Codes Compliance Official (Part-Time)
Elizabethtown Borough is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time (32 hours per week) Codes Compliance Official.  This position requires a person who possesses excellent organization and communication skills, can positively interact with the public, and consistently produces work with a high attention to detail.  Duties include administering the Residential Rental Unit Licensing and Inspection Program, conducting property inspections, preparing letters of correspondence and reports, maintaining accurate records on the Borough's permit manager software program, and enforcing the Borough's Existing Structures and Property Maintenance Code.  Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.  Review of applications will begin on January 5, 2018.  To apply, please complete an Employment Application and submit it with a cover letter and resume to:  Borough Manager, Elizabethtown Borough, 600 S.
