Municipal Emergency Services Authority (MESA) of Lancaster County

MESA – the “Municipal Emergency Services Authority (MESA) of Lancaster County” was created for the purpose of administering Emergency Medical Services jointly with the Boroughs of Elizabethtown and Marietta, and the Townships of Conoy, East Donegal, Mount Joy, and West Donegal, all in Lancaster County.

MESA of Lancaster County was officially organized under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act and approved by the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations on February 7, 2023.

MESA Board Meetings are held at the Elizabethtown Borough office building at 600 South Hanover Street, Elizabethtown, PA. Agendas and Minutes from the meetings can be found here at the Borough website.
