Engineering Services Request for Proposal - Proposals will be accepted until April 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

Elizabethtown Borough is currently seeking bids for several projects. Information on these opportunities can be found below and also on PennBID.

2021 Paving Contract - Bids will be accepted until Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. 

Bids are being sought to complete the 2021 Paving Contract. The following streets are included: Highlawn Ave., Sherfield Ct., Sherfield Dr., Foxchase Dr., Foxfield Ln. All bids shall be submitted through PennBid (www.pennbid.net). 

2021 Sanitary Sewer Pipe Replacement Contract - Bids will be accepted until Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. 

Bids are being sought to complete the 2021 Sanitary Sewer Pipe Replacement Contract for work on Groff Avenue. All bids shall be submitted through PennBid (www.pennbid.net). 

2021 Stone Contract - Bids will be accepted until Thursday, March 11, 2021at 9:00 a.m.

Bids are being sought to complete the 2021 Stone Contract. The stone is used by Public Works crew to complete projects within the borough. All bids shall be submitted electronically (aroda@etownonline.com) or hand delivered to Ann Roda at 600 South Hanover Street, Elizabethtown PA 17022.  

2021-2023 General Turf Mowing and Trimming Services Maintenance Contract - Bids will be accepted until Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

Bids are being sought to complete the 2021-2023 Mowing Contract. This contract provides general turf mowing and trimming services for the Borough’s designated public park lands, designated public building grounds, and designated roadsides/public rights-of-way.  All bids shall be submitted electronically (aroda@etownonline.com) or hand delivered to Ann Roda at 600 South Hanover Street, Elizabethtown PA 17022.
