How can I get a new recycle bin? Is there a charge?

Green recycling bins are no longer available at the Borough Office. A resident may continue to use the green bin for recycling collection or they may use any plastic container (32-gallons or less in size) that has a Recycling symbol sticker adhered. This means a resident may choose to use a full size trash can (32-gallons or less in size) with a lid as long as it has 2 stickers adhered to it and it weighs less than 30 pounds when full.  Additionally, for recycling, residents may use multiple containers as long as the containers are within the size and weight limits and stickers have been adhered to each container.

The Borough Office supplies, free of charge, 8" circle Recycling symbol stickers to be used on containers that do not have the recycling symbol already printed on them. 8" Circle Recycling symbol stickers are available to residents at the Borough Office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
