Administration
The Administration Department provides professional administration of the Borough's departments and implementation of policies. Borough Council appoints the Borough Manager, chief executive officer of the Borough, who also serves as Borough Secretary/Borough Treasurer. The Borough Manager is responsible for implementation of policy directives, administration of all departments, creation/management of the annual budget, and oversight of day-to-day operations of the organization.
The Borough Office is located at 600 South Hanover Street and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The office is closed on holidays. Questions or comments may be emailed directly to Borough staff or call at 717-367-1700.
