Public Hearing - Inter-Municipal Transfer of a Liquor License

Elizabethtown Borough Council will hold a Public Hearing with the purpose of hearing testimony from the public regarding an inter-municipal transfer of Liquor License No. R-17793. This transfer would be from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to Weis Markets, Inc. for restaurant facilities to be located within Elizabethtown Borough at 1629 South Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA, 17022. Following the hearing Borough Council will hold its the monthly public meeting.
