August 10, 2010 - Planning Commission normally meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM. August 14, 2010 - Curbside Woody Waste collection - second Saturday of every month. August 19, 2010 - Borough Council Public Meeting is on the third Thursday of each month at 7 PM. September September 2, 2010 - Borough Council Work Session is on the first Thursday of each month at 7 PM. September 6, 2010 - The Borough Office is closed for the holiday. September 11, 2010 - Curbside Woody Waste collection - second Saturday of every month. September 13, 2010 - Zoning Hearing Board normally meets on the first Monday of each month at 7 PM. The exceptions are July, September and November which they will meet the second Monday. September 14, 2010 - Planning Commission normally meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM. Citizens CollegeThe Citizens College is a unique, year-long learning opportunity that provides its students with hands-on experience in areas such as planning/zoning, water, wastewater, the budget process, police, parks, and economic development.
Citizens College meets the fourth Thursday of each month. The program is limited to 20 students per year. All of the courses are designed to follow the activities and work of the borough office, and they are taught by borough staff members.
