The Administration Department serves as a liaison between residents and Elizabethtown Borough Council. Borough Council appoints the Borough Manager, chief executive officer of the Borough, who also serves as Borough Secretary/Borough Treasurer. The Borough Manager is responsible for implementation of policy directives, administration of all departments, creation/management of the annual budget, and oversight of day-to-day operations of the organization.
The Borough Office is located at 600 South Hanover Street and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The office is closed on holidays. Questions or comments may be emailed directly to Borough staff or call at 717-367-1700.
