The Borough Office is located at 600 South Hanover Street and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The office is closed on holidays. Questions or comments may be emailed directly to Borough staff at boro@etownonline.com or call at 717-367-1700.

Operations of the Borough are overseen by the Borough's Administration, including the Borough Manager, Assistant Borough Manager, Public Works Director and Codes Compliance Officer.

Peter Whipple - Borough Manager: The Borough Manager serves as the liaison between Borough Council and the residents, staff and related agencies of the Borough. The Manager also serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Borough and is responsible for the overall operation of the organization including the streets, parks, wastewater collection and treatment, code enforcement, finance, economic development, contracts, administration and personnel.

Roni Ryan - Assistant Borough Manager: The Assistant Borough Manager serves as Zoning Officer for the Borough and the liaison for the Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board. The Assistant Manager also is responsible for the parks department, bids, economic development and insurance matters. The Assistant Manager oversees the statewide building code program and is a Building Code Official.

Wayne DeVan - Public Works Director: The Public Works Director is directly responsible for the operation and scheduling of the public works of the Borough including: streets, wastewater, snow plowing, storm water and parks. The Public Works Director also serves as liaison for the Elizabethtown Area Water Authority operation and maintenance staff.

Greg Gobrecht - Codes Compliance Officer: The Codes Compliance Officer is the primary point of contact for matters related to the Borough's Existing Structures and Property Maintenance Code, Borough zoning ordinance and the statewide building code. The Codes Compliance Officer also serves as Assistant Zoning Officer and serves as liaison between the public and the Zoning Hearing Board.
